This policy explains how AdChoreo ("AdChoreo," "Iris," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with this website, iris.adchoreo.ai, and the Iris service. Iris is incubated by Affinity Answers.
Two different things happen on this site, and they're covered separately below: (1) you, as a visitor, giving us your own information through a form or a chat, and (2) us handling a clinic's patient enquiries on that clinic's behalf once they're an Iris client. In the second case, the clinic is responsible for its own patients' data, and we process it only under our agreement with that clinic.

If you request a demo or audit, you may be redirected to a third-party scheduling and CRM tool. Information you submit there is handled under that provider's own privacy policy.
For clinics that use Iris, we help run patient-facing enquiries and messaging — including Iris Concierge, which responds to patients over WhatsApp — and manage the clinic's Google Business Profile and website forms. In this role, we act as a service provider to the clinic, not as the owner of that patient data. The clinic decides what data is collected and how it's used; questions from a patient about their own information should go to the clinic they contacted, and we assist the clinic in responding to those requests.
This site uses cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics and Meta to understand traffic and measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies won't stop the site from working, but analytics and ad measurement will be less accurate.

We keep information for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, deliver the service, and meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymise it.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encrypted hosting infrastructure and restricted access — to protect information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to ask us what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to withdraw consent for marketing. This website is intended for clinic owners, administrators, and adult patients. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
Iris is based in India and most of our clinic clients are in India. If you visit this site or contact us from outside India, your information may be processed and stored in India or in other countries where our service providers operate.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of this site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
